idk if you've figured it out yet, but if you go to your house and click your dresser on the far left you go to the cheats menu, from there go to Items and Common. hope this helped.

Hello. What platform? On PC you should unpack .zip archive anywhere and run .exe file.
On Android you should install .apk file
